feet above Leverick Bay, with 180 degree
panoramic views of the North Sound. It's
dramatic sweeping roofline and ventilated
stairwell tower bring cooling tradewinds into
all rooms.
Enter Hummingbird House opposite the freshwater
pool nestled in the lush tropical gardens.

The
freshwater pool is accessed from the lower level
and affords a private sunbathing area with
spectacular views of the North Sound.
The Entry
Foyer is in the cooling tower and provides
access to the Greatroom on the main level and
three bedrooms on the lower level.
The
Greatroom includes Living, Dining and Kitchen
areas, as well as an outdoor covered patio
providing panoramic views.
The
spacious Living area with its high cathedral
ceiling is illuminated from above by an enormous
skylight. The dining area is served by a
spacious kitchen with wet service bar.
The
covered patio includes ample seating, a hammock,
a dining area with gas BBQ grill and spectacular
views of the North Sound. The lower level
bedrooms have their own private patio.
Hummingbird
Haven's Master Suite includes a
king bed affording a panoramic view.
The
bathroom ensuite includes a vanity, shower, and
whirlpool tub.
The guest suites share a bathroom with
vanity and tub with shower. There is a queen bed
suite and a twin beds suite whose beds can be
joined to form a queen.
